I ordered a graduation bear for my niece and they sent a random dollar store stuff animal!!!! So embarrassing for me as the sender! As i wanted something sentimental for my niece .
I call and all they say is that it says in the policy that they can substitute! That is not professional at all . Actually disgusting .
Do NOT order from them .”
“This business is a scam. Not sure how they got good reviews here, but if you want the truth, read the help reviews! They will send you the wrong order on purpose and not try to fix it because of the terms you agree to when you make the purchase (they can apparently change your order at anytime without notifying you). RIDICULOUS! stupid customer service, stupid business, stupid owners. Whoever runs this really deserves to go bankrupt.”

“Is this company for real? I paid extra for a card that said I love you and I just got a printed piece of paper with the order on the other half of the piece of paper stuck to the outside of the bag. The balloon wasn't on a stick it was jammed in the bag, this delivery which I paid almost $200 for was just left outside the door without confirmation of receipt. I have no idea what the final package looked like because I never received any photo of what I purchased. This company sucks. Is this seriously how things are done up in Toronto? However, May 20th was an available date for delivery on their website. The flowers that were delivered were awful. Absolutely embarrassed. Customer service was worse than the $75 wilted orchids that were eventually delivered. Disgraceful.”

“Delivery date is not accurate, delivered the day before my friends birthday at night time. Ordered a pink orchid with a balloon and only the orchid showed up with a substitution of chocolate - no balloon. The orchid was also not pink it was yellow and looks wilted from the picture my friend sent me. Customer service is a joke they sent me an email with a full "substitution policy" lol. Probably won't order ever again, and you shouldn't either! There are better flower delivery services!!”

Items are not suitably presentable to anyone! They throw/shove items into small black bags vs cellophane wrapped with bow as promised, leave them on the doorstep and run.
