“I placed an order for the MOTHER'S DAY TRADITIONAL DOZEN STEM BOUQUET and selected May 11th as the delivery date. Not sure why I received the flowers a day before as now it has already lose a bit of its freshness. The box that the flowers came in were ripped at the top as well; delivery could have been handled much better. Cupcakes and the balloon were in a good condition though.”
“I ordered the Oriental Musings Exotic Orchid Plant for my mother, and while it was mostly a great experience, there was a slight hiccup. The orchid arrived with one of the leaves showing a bit of damage, which was a bit disappointing, but the rest of the plant was in perfect condition. Despite this, the vibrant colors and elegant design of the orchid really stood out, and my mom absolutely loved it. The delivery was quick, and the plant still looked stunning overall. It brightened up her home, and the gesture made her feel incredibly special. I’m sure this plant will continue to bring beauty for months to come.”
“Flowers arrived in okay condition, however, to the wrong address. I live in a condo complex and the driver mistook my unit numbers as the street number. Luckily, the person who received the wrong delivery called me shortly after receiving them only for me to call customer service then and be told I needed to pay for a delivery fee in order to get things right. If you are in the business of providing a delivery service and you have all the required information to make the delivery and that delivery fails, it should not be an added cost to the customer. Its a failed service. I wont be ordering from here again as the flowers weren't worth the hassle.”
“Fortunately, the flowers delivered were healthy and gorgeous. Unfortunately, the chocolate was poorly stored and deformed. Their customer service department refused to redeliver and did not offer a reimbursement.”
“To my surprise, the flowers actually did come in. As expected from reading the other reviews, the bouquet doesn't really look like the advertised photo since they can substitute different flowers for the ones they don't have. I ordered their Muted Grace Bouquet that consists of mainly irises and white roses. Only the white roses shown in the bouquet on the website was present, everything else was substituted with other flowers and greens. To which I say, if you don't have half the flowers that make up the bouquet, why bother having it on the website at all.
There are definitely quality issues with some of the flowers. When I was taking apart the bouquet (because I didn't like how the roses were hidden under all the fillers) I found some rotting leaves, not great. Some of the roses don't look freshly cut, in fact they look like they've been sitting in the dark for a week, with crispy edges and brown spots on the petals.
All in all, I wasn't extremely disappointed, but this is not worth the price point in my opinion.”
