“We received a bag of pink roses from family to celebrate our fortieth anniversary (of the day we met😊). We were initially pleasantly surprised and then, not so pleasantly surprised to see petals yellowing and wilted. 🥀 We pulled the dead petals off and insured water was in the moister block, yet within two days they fell apart. I called and, to no satisfaction, was told “flowers are perishable items“ and “ the policy is “we must get a call within twenty-four hours”, hence the review. I would not recommend
#Toronto Blooms or #Blooms in Toronto as they do not provide quality, fresh product😔”
“It was my friends birthday and she got engaged the night before so I wanted to send same day flowers to her for when she arrived back home from her travels. They delivered same day but to the wrong address. When I said, the picture you sent was the wrong house, they said we delivered to the address you provided. Luckily, my friend saw in a Facebook group for her area that her delivery was waiting at the completing wrong building (building 15 instead of 10). When I confirmed with the company that I know for a fact they delivered to the wrong address they said sorry won’t happen again. Not even an offer to refund the delivery…I had to text my friend to ask if she knew where this picture was and she had to figure it out and go pick up her own surprise. It won’t happen again, is right. I won’t be ordering again.”
“I have had flowers from Toronto Blooms sent to me from family and friends. Prior to my recent disaster bouquet, your flowers were arranged tastefully and were fresh. Last week I received a mixed bouquet, most likely the Casablanca.
What a mess! Rotting mum flowers with heads that were all dried up, and a few nice roses buried in this ugly combination of colours. Whoever put this together, there was no esthetic value to the bouquet. Even my husband who likes bright colours deemed it to be quite ugly. Within two days, almost all the blooms were dead and rotting. I pulled it apart and saved a few of the remaining alive flowers. Please note, adding filler with dead flowers to make the bouquet to look fuller, is not a good practice. The rotting blooms just kill the rest. The amount of greenery added was ridiculous and ugly. The greenery was far from fresh. Have no idea who you have assembling flowers but they are certainly lacking basic floral design skills. I am simply disgusted and feel badly for my friend who probably spent $100, when all was said and done. I gave two stars for the efficient delivery and the six remaining roses which have miraculously survived.”
“Delivery date is not accurate, delivered the day before my friends birthday at night time. Ordered a pink orchid with a balloon and only the orchid showed up with a substitution of chocolate - no balloon. The orchid was also not pink it was yellow and looks wilted from the picture my friend sent me. Customer service is a joke they sent me an email with a full "substitution policy" lol. Probably won't order ever again, and you shouldn't either! There are better flower delivery services!!”
“The flowers were lovely however, the delivery was scheduled for valentines day and they ended up coming the next day which is obviously not ideal especially with a 20$ delivery fee... Then when I contacted them to be reimbursed for the fee they were not accommodating.”
“Do not expect to get what you pay for. DO expect to have "substitutions". Do not order anything with a vase as apparently they are all out of those.
2-stars because delivery was on time at least.”
“The flowers I had ordered were delivered at 7pm the day I had requested. The flowers themselves were beautiful however they arrived so late on the day. I had bought them two days before the delivery date and received an email at 8:50am on the delivery date that they were en route. There was a shipment tracking link that didn't work and the help chat did not work properly either. I phoned the number they provided which only said leave a voicemail.”
