The response was a little slow, but the agent was very friendly and provided all the info I needed. Overall, I’m happy with the quality of the flowers and the experience, but I’d love to see faster response times for customer service.”

“I ordered at 1am and the flowers were delivered before noon. I read the reviews too late and was stressing myself out the entire time. To give someone else some peace of mind, my order arrived as expected. I was prepared to do a charge back with my credit card if I ran into any issues. Next time, I will be supporting a local florist with an actual location and positive reviews. Lesson learned.”
“I originally ordered from this company before reading regular reviews, as it was sponsored so it appeared first on my search.
Now I want to say first that my order did indeed arrive on the correct day and what I received was correct and in acceptable condition and presentation. Honestly, had I not needed to change my order, I would have never seen all the reviews and would have thought they did what I asked.
Based on my experience with them, these were the things that were not the greatest:
I was unable to get any type of customer service interaction. I was only really able to find their phone number for contact information, and when calling the number, the answering machine was (a little) suspicious. I had to select for a callback as there were not available agents each time I called, and there was no option to stay on the line to wait. The first few times, after I hung up, I was called immediately from a Vermont phone number from an automated machine telling me O was next in line, but the estimated wait time would just increase each minute by 1 minute.
Due to this and reading all these reviews, I quickly found a local flower shop to order a new bouquet and was expecting to essentially have my money scammed for this order. But to my surprise, my order arrived.
This is only my experience though.”
“Okay so, I ordered flowers from them at midnight for my boyfriend and as I don’t live in Canada I thought let me check the reviews, I swear to god these reviews freaked me out that I’ve been scammed or something. I dropped a mail to them to cancel my order because I freaked out but the customer service provided me with sufficient information about my order and ensured everything will be taken care of by them.
They did a great job, I really don’t know what went wrong with y’all but mine was delivered with care, I received a call from my delivery person and they asked me if my boyfriend is home or not and what should be done and after I asked them to leave the flowers at the door they did so and also provided me with pictures.
So this is not a scam, they deliver what you ask for and well in time.”

“Got this basket from my fiance on my birthday and I liked the way this basket was kind of an all-encompassing gift. I loved the Sapporo for its different notes. Its not too fruity although you get a hint of something fruity. Its a really palatable beer that you could just relax with all the time. Not too dark, not too pale. The red, velvety roses were an instant charm and the little plush toy was really adorable. It was a perfect birthday gift which I told about to my friends as well.”
