The flowers were fresh and beautifully arranged, though they arrived a day later than scheduled. The packaging was well done, keeping the bouquet in good shape. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about my order status. Overall, I’m happy with the quality, and I’d order again, but I hope the delivery timing improves.
