Never in my life have I received such a disgusting, moldy, wrenching smell of flowers than my mother got from you today. Not to mention not delivering it to the right place and the recipient having to travel to go pick them up. If you can’t get flowers delivered to a certain place in decent condition, I suggest not providing such a service as that is appalling. You should be embarrassed. I only suspect a refund for this as I would kindly never use this service in Canada again.
