My experience with Toronto Blooms was mostly positive. I had an issue with an incorrect delivery address, but their team was quick to reach out and resolve it, which I really appreciated. They were responsive and handled the situation with great care. However, the flowers did arrive a day late, which was a bit disappointing. Despite the delay, the arrangement itself was beautiful and fresh, exactly as I had hoped. Overall, the customer service was excellent, and I will definitely consider ordering again in the future, just hoping for a more timely delivery next time.
