The website is beautifully designed, and I really appreciate the ‘Best Sellers’ option under Flowers Section, which helps when I’m not sure what to choose. For my latest order, I went with Love in Casablanca Mixed Rose Bouquet, and it arrived exactly when promised, looking vibrant and fresh. The flowers were well-packaged which comes in a stunnng arrangement. I did have a small question about their same-day delivery option, so I reached out to customer service via their live chat feature. The response was a little slow, but the agent was very friendly and provided all the info I needed. Overall, I’m happy with the quality of the flowers and the experience, but I’d love to see faster response times for customer service.
