The flowers I had ordered were delivered at 7pm the day I had requested. The flowers themselves were beautiful however they arrived so late on the day. I had bought them two days before the delivery date and received an email at 8:50am on the delivery date that they were en route. There was a shipment tracking link that didn't work and the help chat did not work properly either. I phoned the number they provided which only said leave a voicemail.
