No surprise that their reviews are so bad. Terrible service. Parents from Europe ordered berthday gift to their daughter who lives in Canada. Gift arrived 2 DAYS before requested delivery date! And with spoiled strawberries.
Strawberries spoiled, mood spoiled, birthday spoiled. And they don't want to take any action to make us a bit less angry
