I just placed an Order with them, I’m staying in Dubai and it was for my uncle’s birthday staying in Canada.
I received an email saying they can’t process the order and I should make the payment again in order to verify it’s me who has placed the order. I shared my card Details and my bank messages and still they forced me to make the payment again which I refused to do because this makes no sense to pay for the same order twice and wait for the refund in 3-7 days time. I find it Suspicious honestly, I had to finally cancel the order because this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with any florists internationally, never faced the same situation even in USA and I won’t recommend it for people who’re paying from outside Canada at all. It’s a waste of your time and emotions towards your gift. Better choose some other website.
