“Ordered flowers couple days in advance of delivery date and got terrible experience. Delivery came after 4 pm, not what I was expected ordering flowers for someone. I explicitly asked to deliver them as early in the morning as possible. On my call to customer service, lady told me "most people read our delivery policy and understand that delivery can come from 8am until 8pm". Flowers are very small, came dented, I ordered bigger size and for this price, I expected something at least a little impressive. Two bouquets of 30 tulips can fit in a regular vase.
Overall, after reading reviews I got average experience. Avoid company at all cost. There are much better places in Toronto to buy flowers from.”
“Do not waste your money and time.
Delivery was at the end of the day, when I placed my order two days prior.
No balloon or cake was included which I ordered and they refuse to refund me bc I can’t provide a photo of the delivery! Delivery was for my elderly grandmother who doesn’t have a phone.
Horrible customer service and horrible company.”
“I wish I read these reviews before I ordered. Do NOT order over priced flowers from this company. The flowers left en route at 8:43 am and arrived at 6pm. They arrived cold and wilted. The flowers were not in good condition. Customer service is terrrible they did nothing as well. Avoid this company.”
“Terribly over priced and low quality flowers and roses that die very quickly. Horrible customer service as well. Woman on the phone was incredibly rude. Highly do not recommend.”
“Flowers arrived late and were wilted, poor quality. After attempting a refund we were basically told that’s normal and what to expect. Do not buy from this company.”
“If I could give zero stars I would. I’m forced to dispute this transaction with the bank as they won’t refund an order that did not arrive until 10 pm on Valentine’s Day. Who wants flowers that you pay $150 for at 10 pm on Valentine’s Day. Awful company, zero customer service. The Better business bureau needs to investigate them. To make matters worse they rang the doorbell at 10 pm waking up my kids! Do not order here.”
“Unfortunately same reviews that what I was reading, my mother ordered some flowers for my B-Day and the delivery guy didn’t even bother knocking at the door, left them on the porch and when we found them they were already did since it was -10. lol what a joke!”
“I ordered a Valentine's Day gift of pink roses in a box, accompanied by macarons, on February 10th. The order was scheduled for delivery on February 14th, but it never arrived. Customer service was unhelpful in locating the package. The tracking information simply showed the package as "Enroute with delivery courier" since February 11th. The flowers finally arrived today, February 15th, at 12 PM, but they were white, not the pink roses I ordered. I strongly advise against using this service if you expect your gift to arrive on time and as advertised.”
“DO NOT ORDER FROM TORONTOBLOOMS.CA – WORST FLOWER DELIVERY EXPERIENCE EVER
If I could give this company zero stars, I would. My husband ordered flowers for me for Valentine’s Day, and the entire experience was an absolute disaster from start to finish. He was checking all day to see when they would arrive, only for the delivery driver to finally drop them off at 11:45 PM—practically the next day. We have Ring camera footage showing the driver just dumping the flowers on our front steps in the snow, not even bothering to ring the doorbell. As a result, the flowers sat outside for 10 hours in freezing temperatures, becoming completely ruined. By the time we found them the next morning, they were frozen, squished, and unusable.
To make matters worse, my husband had also ordered a bottle of wine with the flowers, and that item was never even delivered. When he called the company to complain, their customer service was beyond atrocious. They were cold, dismissive, and unapologetic, refusing to issue a refund for the destroyed flowers. The only thing they refunded was the wine that never arrived—which should be the bare minimum for a company that fails to deliver what was paid for.
This company does not care about its customers, the quality of its products, or providing even the most basic level of service. If you’re considering ordering from Toronto Blooms, DON’T. There are plenty of reputable florists in Toronto—this is not one of them. Save yourself the frustration, disappointment, and wasted money. We will never be using them again.”
“Please avoid this company at all costs. Flowers were not delivered the day it was supposed to even with paid express shipping and the flowers were wilted and brown. Company has not taken accountability. Please save your time and money this company robbed us of having a beautiful experience on a very special day. Worst customer experience I have had in a long time.”
“I should have read these reviews before ordering, but similar to others I ordered flowers a few days in advance and paid 20$ on top of the flowers to guarantee delivery on Valentine’s Day. I had no updates the whole day and at 11:37 PM the delivery person called me when at my front door and left a voice mail saying they are leaving it at the door. The flowers stayed outside all night soaking the box they came in and damaging some of the flowers.
Customer service said there was no issue with Valentine’s Day flowers being delivered 23 minutes before the day ends, and that the flowers looked fine.
Overall terrible experience with this company and will never repeat.”
“I would like to share my experience with Toronto Blooms to help you avoid a frustrating and unpleasant situation. I bought Valentine's Day flowers for my partner who lives in Toronto. I paid an additional $20 fee to ensure the flowers would be delivered. The delivery guy called once, but my partner couldn't answer. She called the delivery guy back immediately, but he had already left. The delivery man could have left the flowers with the receptionist. The next day, I called the company to reschedule the delivery, but they wanted to charge me an additional 60$ to attempt to ship the flowers again. The delivery person is a local staff member who works for them exclusively. They essentially stole 60$ from me because my partner could not pick up the phone once. In case you are looking to guarantee special flower deliveries for your loved ones, I would recommend avoiding this company.”
“I am extremely disappointed with my bouquet. It arrived late—at 10:30 PM on Valentine’s day - and the flowers were in terrible condition. The arrangement looks nothing like the photo online, and none of the flowers are bloomed). Considering how expensive it was, the quality was a huge letdown. I won’t be recommending this shop to anyone. Please think twice before ordering from here!”
“My friend ordered a perfectly pink carnation and I received a black box it’s either we get a refund or they exchange the box and put the correct order if you don’t have a particular order then let the customer know than send something that wasn’t ordered for .”
“Flowers arrived in okay condition, however, to the wrong address. I live in a condo complex and the driver mistook my unit numbers as the street number. Luckily, the person who received the wrong delivery called me shortly after receiving them only for me to call customer service then and be told I needed to pay for a delivery fee in order to get things right. If you are in the business of providing a delivery service and you have all the required information to make the delivery and that delivery fails, it should not be an added cost to the customer. Its a failed service. I wont be ordering from here again as the flowers weren't worth the hassle.”
“Flowers came old and damaged. Every rose was in bad shape. Do not order from here. I contacted support to have a replacement and they told me they were delivered in fine condition. I could have bought better flowers at the grocery store.”
“I ordered a gift basket for a loved one to be delivered in the hospital. It was ordered on December 28 and I paid the full amount for one-day shipping. It is now New Year's Day and she has still not received anything. The tracking information says it left the warehouse on December 30, then would be delivered by December 31 end of day, no delivery on New Year's Day stat holiday. I spent $110 and will never order from Toronto Blooms again. Worst customer service and floral delivery experience! Their customer service said it's out of their hands. I will demand a refund as the floral arrangement will certainly not be fresh by the time it gets to my loved one, if at all. Not impressed!”
