If I could give zero stars I would. I’m forced to dispute this transaction with the bank as they won’t refund an order that did not arrive until 10 pm on Valentine’s Day. Who wants flowers that you pay $150 for at 10 pm on Valentine’s Day. Awful company, zero customer service. The Better business bureau needs to investigate them. To make matters worse they rang the doorbell at 10 pm waking up my kids! Do not order here.
