I should have read these reviews before ordering, but similar to others I ordered flowers a few days in advance and paid 20$ on top of the flowers to guarantee delivery on Valentine’s Day. I had no updates the whole day and at 11:37 PM the delivery person called me when at my front door and left a voice mail saying they are leaving it at the door. The flowers stayed outside all night soaking the box they came in and damaging some of the flowers. Customer service said there was no issue with Valentine’s Day flowers being delivered 23 minutes before the day ends, and that the flowers looked fine. Overall terrible experience with this company and will never repeat.
