I ordered a Valentine's Day gift of pink roses in a box, accompanied by macarons, on February 10th. The order was scheduled for delivery on February 14th, but it never arrived. Customer service was unhelpful in locating the package. The tracking information simply showed the package as "Enroute with delivery courier" since February 11th. The flowers finally arrived today, February 15th, at 12 PM, but they were white, not the pink roses I ordered. I strongly advise against using this service if you expect your gift to arrive on time and as advertised.
