I placed an order with Toronto blooms for a flower to be delivered to my workplace. I gave them number so the courier could call me on reaching the office. I work in a big hospital and it’s impossible for me to be at the lobby when the driver comes. At about 4pm, I decided to call Toronto blooms to find out where my flowers were and they told me my flowers had been delivered. Apparently, their courier delivered my flowers to a random person. The front desk had no idea who this person was as they only left their first name. I have been fighting tooth and nail to get a refund since I didn’t receive my flowers and Toronto blooms has not been empathetic at all. I spoke to their supervisor as well. The only resort they gave me was to contact their courier- Canpar. First of all, I didn’t even do business with Canpar but I called them still and told them to file a claim. I have been going back and forth with Toronto blooms and it has been a very stressful experience. I would never order with them again and I advise you not to. They have a terrible customer service experience.
