Absolutely and incomprehensibly horrendous. Customer service is all over the map.
Finally I had to pay via interac--after no less than half a dozen incoherent emails claiming my "card had been flagged for high-risk behaviour" (For a 35$ bouquet, no less, friends! My card is fine, by the way.)
And when I finally got confirmation that we were good to go, the ETA for delivery was 3 days later than what I paid for, which was already one day later than what was promised on the original payment page.
Save yourself the trouble---go literally ANYWHERE else.
