I ordered a wooden planter on a metal stand with three succulents. A week late a tiny white bowl arrived with 2 sad succulents . When I got in touch with customer service they said it says in small print they could substitute an order .. this was certainly not an appropriate substitutution ..
If I had read the reviews on trust pilot I would never have ordered from Toronto Blooms .. They charged extra for expedited delivery.. it arrived a week late , if I could leave no stars I would
