She never received the package because Patel, the delivery driver opted to leave pkg outside the building on a bench. And yes sent me a picture of the bench! And your senior customer rep Rita informed me ...the package was delivered to address ...we don't guarantee delivery to person. I wish I had read the reviews on Trust Pilot and Google.... horrible.
