These roses were purchased for my aunt, who was quite delighted with the arrangement and freshness of the roses. With proper care, the blossoms lasted at least two weeks. I was ecstatic when customer care called and emailed me the day before delivery to inform me that the colour of roses I selected did not meet their quality standards. She also advised me to choose a different colour from their huge range.
