Horrible horrible horrible experience and customer service!! I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day to my grandmother who lives in Brampton. My grandmother told me she received her flowers and they were all wilted and drooping. I have been dealing with three different customer services rep asking for a refund. They will not refund until there is photo proof. My grandmother does not have a cell phone to take a picture to send to me. Horrible horrible experience and a total waste of money. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this company and service.
