Horrible experience. Like other reviewers I order flowers for mother's day and paid extra for delivery on a specific day. The flowers arrived two days early and were already wilting. I contacted their customer service and they didn't care and refused to help. Luckily my credit card company agreed to reverse the charge. I'd recommend anyone else with this experience do the same. Horrible company - stay away.
