Horrible experience. They have no regard for what the customer actually ordered. They will accept your order and then deliver a product that is completely different from what you paid and expected. When you reach out to customer service they just throw their policies back at you including statements such as "Under some rare circumstances, the entire arrangement may be substituted." For one, I don't think this is a rare occurrence for them. Secondly, if that is the case, then why offer customers an option of what they want to order when you will change it without communicating with them? Do not trust this seller.
