SCAM!! DO NOT BUY!! They are a big scam! Please don’t order from them. I ordered a bouquet a day before, worth more than 100 Cad for a specific date (needed it for an event). I got a shipment email with tracking number on the date of delivery at 9 am. I waited the entire day for the bouquet to be delivered, I tried to reach them whole day but the bouquet was not delivered. The tacking status showed nothing. When I reached out via email, they are telling me they cannot refund my money. They are going to deliver the bouquet with their own convenience even if I don’t need it anymore. Worst experience ever. Will not recommend to anyone. Better to go for local florists and help them flourish their businesses.
