I sent an expensive floral arrangement in a wooden wagon & wine for a housewarming present to friends out of town (Waterloo). I also paid almost $20 for delivery. The box arrived wet with big hole in it - the courier delivered it on its side. The flowers were soaked & some blooms had to be discarded as a consequence. My friends had to leave it outside to dry it was so bad. When I wrote an email of complaint, with pictures to prove my case, I was summarily dismissed & told I did not qualify for any refund or further action on my case. What a complete lack of customer care and respect for their client! Toronto Blooms should be will not stand behind their product or service - don't use them!
