I placed an order for same day, as the calendar was still allowing me to choose same day delivery. Within 15 minutes, I found out I could not receive same day delivery. I asked for them to cancel my order, as I required the flowers for this evening. I was told that they would not and could not do so (even though it was in 15 minutes of placing the order). I then asked for a credit at least for the same value, where then I could use the credit for when I required flowers in the future; again a no.
When I requested to speak to a manager or supervisor, my customer care representative told me that no, they would not escalate it. I am a Sales Manager myself and I understand that there is always someone in a superior position you could speak to. I decided to change my address of delivery, since I will not be at the same place tomorrow, and asked about and ETA of delivery and again if I could speak to a senior. My questions were IGNORED.
