My boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentines Day requested delivery on February 14th and they were delivered on the 13th to my office at 5PM. So disappointing. Their reasoning was they had too many orders and to prevent them from being late they delivered at 5pm the night before. If you take on too many orders hire more employees if you cant deliver the time requested advise the client don't just take it upon yourself to decide a woman would want VDay flowers on Feb 13. Lastly, the card on the outside said "Love you Ethan" I have no idea who Ethan is. I later found out it was the delivery man. Why on earth would they write his name in marker on the the card right beside the Love You? Horrible horrible experience DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!!
