The worst customer service I've ever experienced. One attempt to deliver flowers and when my friend wasn't home, they marked it as failed. When I reached out to see what my options were, it was lofty deliver fee to try again or partial refund $49 of the $120. After having an awful back and forth where they made it so hard to do a redelivery, I had to go with the partial refund option. Spent $70 to have a terrible experience and ended up having to buy flowers elsewhere.
