Horrible. Only reason I ordered from them is because of the add ons which I payed for separately from my flowers and received something entirely different. When I emailed customer service, they were extremely rude and told me I signed off on their terms and conditions which states they can change and modify any part of my order without telling me. Basically they’re a**holes.
