The worst company I have ever purchased from. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. I ordered flowers from Toronto to Halifax for a client and they were received 7 days later when the expected delivery date was 3-business days. The flowers were damaged in transit and arrived wilted and moldy from condensation. Blooms refused to issue a full refund because "I shouldn't have selected ground shipping" but instead should have paid $161 for next day shipping for $65 flowers. Why would you offer ground shipping then? Absolute joke of a company and terrible customer service. First and last time ever purchasing from them.
