I'm deeply disappointed with Toronto Blooms for their unacceptable service. Despite the availability of GPS technology, they failed to deliver flowers to the correct address, confusing north with south. These flowers were meant for a critically important moment, as the recipient has only one day left before they are euthanized. Your inability to handle such a simple task during such a sensitive time is both frustrating and disheartening. Due to this negligence, you have lost our business, and I will not be recommending your services to anyone.
