The bouquet I ordered for my sister in law's birthday got delivered the next day, instaed of the company stating that it will be delivered on her birth date. I had to followup multiple times with the company and the courier company (Canpar) to track and confirm the day of delivery. Poor customer service as they give you standard template replies that I chose ground delivery! This delivery was within GTA and couldn't be delivered on time, which was embarassing not to mention loss of time/money. This was my first and last order with TorontoBlooms.
