So far, this purchase has been terrible. I placed the order on the 19th, and immediately received an email stating "Our warehouse staff are already processing your order(aren't we prompt!), it cannot be changed or canceled." Earlier this week I clicked on the "Contact Us" link on your website and inquired about the status. I never heard back. Yesterday I called and spoke to a lady there (I believe her name was Randy) and asked. She put me on hold for a few minutes and came back and said some gaskets were missing. She said her boss was going to be in very soon and she would check with him and call me back. I have yet to hear back from her. I just want my parts so I can finish up this project. Please LOOK INTO THIS.
