Ordered Feb 3rd...almost 3 weeks ago. In stock items that list “ship in 1-2 business days”. Order has still not shipped. Emailed customer service on Feb 13th- no reply as of yet. Sent another inquiry about the order through their website “contact us link” today. Very poor customer service. Will file PayPal dispute if no response is received in the next week.
