As a small shop in molalla oregon and a fairly frequent shopper at torque king the last few orders have taken too long to recieve. I have had to call and check up on orders sometimes twice to see when the will be shipped because they have sat in shipping for 2-3 days, I'm sure it's a staffing issue just like everywhere, But communications with customers about when I will have they're job done is very important to me.
