Great and unique product, but they charged me outrageous shipping for a small part. I ship small objects for my own business so I know what it costs to ship things. I even asked before I purchased if there was an error in their shipping weight for calculations and they gave me a vague BS answer. They charged me over $17 for a flat rate shipping envelope through the post office that is ~$9. Quoted UPS prices were also at least double what it actually would have been to ship the part. I see it as trying to profit a little extra out of the customer. I won't buy from you again unless I absolutely have to because of the gouging on the shipping.
