I made two orders. The first order which is this one was talking to an older man that seem to have struggled, finding out what I need. And it was hard to understand him. And then I called back the second time, hoping to get someone else. And I luckily and did. The gentleman knew exactly what I had suggested what I needed to do and made 100% sense . I was greatly appreciative of him very very much. He did a fantastic job.
