Have a large corporation and ordered these parts that we knew we needed in advance, was literally just a couple days over the claim limit we had no idea its been missing been, weve focusing on other broken projects in the shop , 0% help to make it right. used them before and been very happy, but very let down now. I would very much to write a positive response but until they either refund me or send me a product i cannot , hope they read this because ive actually enjoyed their business very much in the past.
