I inquired about when they might expect the new transfer cases (NV271D) to be back in stock. The staff was ready to go above and beyond expectations to build a transfer case to meet our truck’s configuration. They happened to find one on the shelf realizing the inventory was off… by one. Having a new case was a quick installation. Everything was smooth from ordering to receiving and the extra info about our truck on their site is wonderful and very valuable.
