Needed to cancel an order and sent an email 5 minutes after order was placed. Got no reply, sent a second email 4 hrs later, no reply. Then called and was told I’d be sent a form to cancel the order. Got nothing. Emailed again the next day and was then told the order couldn’t be canceled in time….it already shipped!!! Wtf? Still have not received the order. Could’ve saved me alot of trouble and time and money on shipping both ways if you had your system worked out…
