The package arrived in rough shape but that's not at fault of them. Each part is carefully packaged individually inside a big box that had proper packaging material inside. The needle bearings arrived broken but like I mentioned before it seems like the shipping company mishandled the heavy box and they broke from the weight shift. Customer service was excellent from torque king, they shipped me the replacement parts in very timely manner. I will definitely be buying from them again!
