I bought an axle seal install tool from Torque king for a 96 Dodge 1 ton 4x4 front axle. The tool worked GREAT. I do not know how I would have been able to install the seal without it. About 10 years ago I converted the front axle to lock out hubs and removed the mid axle disconnect. I now have a solid axle Dana 60. Just like my '75 International Scout except that it has Dana 44 axles. The parts for the axle conversion came from Spyntec Industries in Ohio. I am getting 18 mpg from the truck with 4.10 gears and a GV OD that only works in 2WD.
