First bad experience I've had with these guys. Ordered a slim fit trans cooler with filter setup but didnt want the cover or plugs in the body. Guys said they'd have to build me a kit so it wouldnt be so expensive. When I got it, it had plugs in the body and the cover with the sight glass (didnt need because I had one on the other side). Installed everything except the cover because I didnt want to be another week behind on the project, thinking I could get a refund on the cover since I didnt order it and specifically said i didnt want one. Called and was told that they wouldnt refund because I had opened the kit and besides if I just ordered the parts I wanted it would be more expensive than the kit they sent so just keep it for a spare. Parts I wanted would have been $135, parts they sent cost me $155. Like I said, first time I had anything other than stellar service from these guys
