Everything went smooth from start to finish, staff was on top of everything Abraham ( my customer service rep) called AND emailed to verify some aspects of my order to insure no hiccups in delivery. I LOVE how each product was vacuum packaged. My only complaint was packaging for shipment its self, there was no paper wadded on the insides around the product in the box. Due to rough handling during shipping the box was punctured and the packaging holding the product was damaged. No damage to the actual product so no harm no foul. Everything else was 10s across the board!
