Don't ever be late. My husband had a stroke and was having issues paying bills with being in and out of hospital. Paid bill off two days after due. Asked if they could wave late fee and would only do 15 dollars of 42.00 due. Never heard of a company waving late with only partial payment. Had to call 3 times due to being transferred and call getting disconnected. will never use their card again.
