“Don't ever be late. My husband had a stroke and was having issues paying bills with being in and out of hospital. Paid bill off two days after due. Asked if they could wave late fee and would only do 15 dollars of 42.00 due. Never heard of a company waving late with only partial payment. Had to call 3 times due to being transferred and call getting disconnected. will never use their card again.”
“I've been a client of Torrid for years, my past order I re-ordered my favourites, the girlfriend t-shirt. After ONE wash, its already showing pilly / worn patches over the t-shirts. Super disappointing! The quality of their clothing has really gone down & the prices have gone up.”
“I have been buying all of my jeans from Torrid and spending all of this money on what I thought was high quality jeans. All of my jeans seams to be ripping at the back pocket and splitting all the way down. For what I pay I would not expect that at all.”
“Torrid is seriously expensive very minimal items are mark downs but still at a high price. I understand that as a bigger sized woman it gets harder to find clothes that fit and look nice but don’t take advantage of us bigger sized people in need of a cute look! Be considerate with the prices and last but not least the Escondido Torrid seriously needs to improve communication skills when it comes to the return policy I had purchased a shirt and couldn’t try it on so I thought oh well if at home it doesn’t fit I can come and return or exchange… To my surprise I had to run an errand and I decided to stop by that same day but at a later time. Well, comes to know that the gall who sold me the shirt swears she told me about the clearance final sale no return policy That is BS if I would of known I would of left the item and maybe purchased it another day when I could try it on. But anyway they lack on professionalism having that said I sure hope my opinion doesn’t hurt anyone’s feelings.

“I lost my brother to COVID on 10/19. My payment was due on 10/21. It was paid on 10/22. Since the payment was set up through my bank I did not think it would be late nor was I in the frame of mind to check. I was charged a late fee. Then the following month I was charged a late fee because of the late fee I was unaware of. When I called to straighten this out they said they would dismiss the first late fee but not the second one which was caused from the first late fee. I have never been late on a payment and always pay my balance in full. The customer service people were rude and when I asked to speak to a manager I was hung up on. I closed out my account and will encourage anyone to not do business with them. This is the worst experience I have had with any credit card.”

Saw Pink & Navy Paisley Dot High Heel Sandals and fell in LOVE with them, I couldn't wait to own them. Finally, I made the purchase. Size 8.5, they arrive and well they fit like an 11. Thought maybe I got the wrong size, but no - correct size. Measured the shoe toe to heel, it measures 10.5". Tried to return them because they are too big and that isn't my fault....but nope, they are "final sale" they can't take them back. Beyond that, the sales person explained to me "the description states they fit true to size so they fit true to size"...umm sales lady really? I moved my feet around to try to get them to fit better, but I would break my neck if I attempted to wear these anywhere. SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT!! time to find a new shopping place that cares about its customers. What a waste of money.”
