Torrid no longer sends bills in the mail and if you want a bill in the mail it's going to cost you money. I don't believe that this is the legal! There is no way that they should charge me for sending me a bill in the mail. Sending bills is a cost of doing business and Torrid needs to write that off on their taxes just like any other business not charge me to send me a bill in the mail. Now, I have a late fee that I am "ineligible" to have removed because I didn't get an email in time to pay my bill. They sent me a text when I was late but couldn't send me a text before I was late???? They're gouging us for these late fees over this and it's going to be a class action lawsuit I can guarantee it!
