I would say it's a 4.5 star review but I'll round up. I needed replacement glass for my wood stove insert and the first one sent to me was not cut correctly and needed to be returned. They were very nice about sending me the correctly cut replacement and supplying the return postage for the first, miscut one. The correctly cut replacement fits and works great. All in all, a good experience.
