“I'm posting this review because we are so happy with the customer service and quality of Woodstove! The local stove company we tried first basically blew us off and told us to look for auto glass and try to make sure it was safe for wood stoves! We watched the YouTube videos and ordered glass. Perfectly fitting glass came in just a couple of days. Installation instructions were clear. Now just in time for winter the stove looks amazing. Thank you for such great customer service and a very good product.”

“I was very happy to get custom cut glass for my wood stove. They had the gaskets, glue and glass in stock and answered the phone when I called with questions. Kat was very helpful, knowledgeable and customer oriented. I have a high bar for customer service and they met my standard. Their how to videos were very helpful too. Nothing but good things to say.”

“I have an old sierra 8000 stove. For the last 2 years I have been searching for new cumbusters but unable to find any. Thought I would have to fabricate some to fit. Spoke to another stove outfit who suggested I call Total Hearth. Called and spoke with Mike who knew his stuff. Within minutes I ordered new stones. They were the exact fit. Installed this weekend but have not used them yet as the weather has warmed up here on the mountain. Thinking of installing a blower fan this summer and will definitely be using Total Hearth.”

“The website offers almost everything I needed... but when I called them directly to inquire about shipping, Kat (Cat?) answered all my questions and even offered more detail about our stove. By the time our conversation ended, I was absolutely certain about the products I needed. Shipping was practically immediate and we received the parts even quicker than expected. We will be long-term customers... I wish we'd found them sooner!”

“Our glass broke on our fireplace and we had a cold snap. They were able to send out the glass pain with one day shipping with a simple phone call it made it so easy inconvenient. I will definitely be shopping with Total hearth again!”

“The ignitor for my particular stove is $415. Looking at the webiste I found one that looked exactly the same as mine. With ignitor in hand I called and they went through every measurement, voltage and wattage as mine. I ordered it and now am saving hundreds of dollars on a part that needs to be replaced pretty much annually. Thank you for taking the time to measure and compare products!”
