“I'm posting this review because we are so happy with the customer service and quality of Woodstove! The local stove company we tried first basically blew us off and told us to look for auto glass and try to make sure it was safe for wood stoves! We watched the YouTube videos and ordered glass. Perfectly fitting glass came in just a couple of days. Installation instructions were clear. Now just in time for winter the stove looks amazing. Thank you for such great customer service and a very good product.”

“YOUNG LADY SPENT A WHILE WITH ME AS PATIENT AS I COULD ASK FOR, MEASURED THE PART THAT I NEEDED AND EVEN MAILED IT TO ME AT THE POST OFFICE THAT DAY, AND REDEIVED IT RIGHT FAST. THE CORRECT PART I NEEDED FOR THE WITFIELD/ LENOX 30 FS. OTHERS ARE SELLING THE REPACEMENT IGNIGTER #12150213 IT IS NOT!!! TOO LONG WILL BLOW IF YOU FORCE IT INTO PLACE. TOO LONG. CONTACT TOTAL HEARTH YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU NEED. ASK FOR VANESSA.”
