Was most pleased with the service Mike at Total Hearth provided. My gas company disconnected my propane fireplace right before a big winter storm as my glass had a crack in it. Mike had it shipped along with the insulating tape almost immediately and I was able to put it back together in time to ward off the next winter storm!
